North Korea Launches Rockets

North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un
North Korea, the country where you can't talk bad about any government institution whatsoever. Unless of course, you want to be sent away because that's what happens to many of the people who do.

Recently the North Korean made the decision to fire four ballistic missiles into the northwest part of Japan's sea. This angered more than just Japan it angered North Korea's neighboring nation of South Korea. The rockets were launched on Monday. These actions were apparently a form of retaliation in response to U.S-South Korean military drills in the sea. North Korea seems to feel as if these drills are a form of preparation for war.

 Launching Rocket In Sea
The rockets were unlikely to be Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) because they only had an altitude of 260km (160 miles). The rockets were also only flying at a speed of  1000km (620 miles).

The missiles also were almost close to the northwest coast of japan as some of the rockets landed as close as 300km (190 miles) from the northern coast of japan, Japan's Defense Minister Tomomi Inada said in Tokyo.

The U.S military also said that there might also be more launches into the see and did not rule out if there would be more launches.

Diplomats said that a United Nations security council meeting will be held most likely on Wednesday. The meeting was requested by the United States and Japan because of the recent threatening launches that North Korea did in the sea.

Sean Spicer who is a White House spokesperson said that this is "provocative behavior". Which makes total sense North Korea might want to start this and cause a stir to the point where people either don't use the sea or respect them out of total fear.

It is also being considered to deploy a Thermal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) within South Korea.

Japan is also considering getting some THAAD systems in the sea or they might go ahead and get a land system for defense such as the Aegis system.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said that "It is an extremely dangerous situation".

North Korea has also violated the United Nations regulations on nuclear testing and many people from all around the world seem to think that something needs to without a doubt be done before something drastic happens that can't be undone.

The Unites States also has plans to amp up their missile defense system. President Trump also tweeted "It won't happen" after the leader of North Korea  Kim Jong Un said that the nation was close to developing ICBM missiles.

"All sides should exercise restraint and not do anything to irritate each other to worsen regional tensions." Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang said. He was referring to the military exercises of the U.S and South Korea and the missile launches of North Korea.

We Need To Keep An Eye On Everyone

We literally need to closely watch all the nations in that area because anyone could do something to anger one side and then who knows we might and could very possibly have all out warfare on our hands. This is interesting because North Korea did warn everyone and say that it would take strong measures to respond to the acts of Joint Drills in the sea where military activity has been happening.

How Should We Deal With It

We as always need to stay calm and respond with proper measures. While we can't really invade the nation it also would not be the best of ideas to do that as we don't know what might happen. As a whole, we should be warning North Korea that it must at all costs stop these improper activities. You see if we don't do that and we don't show them some force we will become a joke to them and lose all forms of respect. If this was to happen at a later date we would have no other option than to go to war which we should avoid with a nation that seems to only want combat.
